As a youngster, I used to laugh at people who had to put a scope on a rifle. The way I figured it, if your eyes were bad enough that you couldn’t see the target, then you probably shouldn’t be shooting at it! Ahhh, the arrogance of youth! In this video we’ll go over the Pathfinder School Basic Class Equipment List, and what items I took with me for the Basic Survival class on October 12th through 14th, 2018. Dave Canterbury teaches that you should always take the “10 C’s of Survival” with you when you go into the woods- Cover, Cutting Tool, Container, Combustion Device, Cordage, Cloth and Repair items, Candling Device, Compass, Cargo Tape, and last but by no means least, a Compass.
In this video I’ll show you how to conduct a Ruger Security 9 field strip- like I neglected to do in my shooting video! This little 9mm pistol is easy to disassemble and reassemble using only a 9mm casing as a tool.
